In today's environment we are finding that to understand Healthy Eating, we must realise why the need to change our eating habits is crucial for our future wellbeing and a longer and healthier lifestyle.

So, we will start with some of the negatives ways that are crippling our capability for a healthy life.

 

The regular over-consumption of these types of foods and pre-packaged foods have over the last couple of decades, been proven by our medical and scientific studies to be causing a few major problems, especially within the Western Societies and the fast-developing Third World cultures!

                                                             

The first major health problem is “Obesity”, which leads to additional ailments, such as;

Heart malfunctions, attacks, blood flow or lack of it, blood clots which can cause seizures, strokes and so much more including the possibility of an early and unexpected death.

Also, the loss of wellness through the lack of the essential nutrients and vitamins that our bodies need to survive. Without the correct foods your body will degenerate right up to the point that survival only happens with medical prevention using medications, being hospitalized or even placed into a nursing home

This brings us to what this site is about and that is to offer you the opportunity to improve and to regain the healthy life and lifestyle that you and/or your family deserves.

The importance of consuming good foods that can bring your body and mental state to where life is enjoyable and fun again.

                                              

The fact that your Mother always said to you as a child, “Eat Your Vegetables”, has always been one of the most important sayings that has ever been said. Mum might not have really understood the full meaning of why she said this but for thousands of years this was why the human race survived and gradually the length of life extended as each generation lived longer than the previous.

But now there is a bigger “BUT” happening now as the scientific and medical societies are saying that the current generation will not outlive their parents, and this has been bought about by the fact that there is too much emphasis on pre-packaged and take-away foods (junk foods)

             

that are full of unhealthy fats, unsuitable grains, chemicals and most of all is the use of sugars of all varieties (with confusing names).

Plus, even if these are prepared with all of the vitamins and nutrients, it is the high heat cooking by the manufacturers that destroys and eliminates most of whatever goodness that was there and the packaging using plastics of all kinds that at times transfers unhealthy chemicals into the foods.

 

As time permits we will be adding more products that are or will be appropriate to gaining or regaining your health and wellbeing, there will be a mix of purchable or free products available for you to choose from.
