As we all have the same problem of ageing, what we find is things happen to our bodies, that at times without our wishes or desires, start to impede our levels of fitness that seem to slow our reflexes and even start to make us all vulnerable to diseases that were not even considered in our younger years.

The following pages are designed to help us through any worries that might occur as we age by offering suggestions and hints to overcome the fears of “Old Age” turning us into a generation of either a bed-ridden person stuck in a hospital, nursing home or even someone who fears socializing with family and friends.

One of the major concerns is that quite a few of us start to vegetate, like being stuck in front of the television and considering that is all that is left in life.

The fear of leaving your home for any reason becomes unbearable and losing the ability to have any contact with the outside World in anyway.
